kterým se mění rozhodnutí 2005/393/ES, pokud jde o uzavřená pásma v souvislosti s katarální horečkou ovcí ve Francii, Německu, Rakousku, Portugalsku, Dánsku, České republice a Spojeném království

KOMISE EVROPSKÝCH SPOLEČENSTVÍ,

s ohledem na Smlouvu o založení Evropského společenství,

s ohledem na směrnici Rady 2000/75/ES ze dne 20. listopadu 2000, kterou se stanoví zvláštní ustanovení týkající se tlumení a eradikace katarální horečky ovcí (1), a zejména na čl. 8 odst. 3 uvedené směrnice,

vzhledem k těmto důvodům:

(1)	Směrnice 2000/75/ES stanoví pravidla a opatření pro tlumení katarální horečky ovcí ve Společenství, včetně stanovení ochranných pásem a pásem dozoru a zákazu přesunu zvířat z těchto pásem.

(2)

Rozhodnutí Komise 2005/393/ES ze dne 23. května 2005 o ochranných pásmech a pásmech dozoru u katarální horečky ovcí a o podmínkách pro přemísťování zvířat uvnitř těchto pásem a z těchto pásem (2) vymezuje globální zeměpisné oblasti, ve kterých členské státy zřídí ochranná pásma a pásma dozoru (dále jen „uzavřená pásma“) vzhledem ke katarální horečce ovcí.

(3)	V návaznosti na odůvodněnou žádost předloženou Francií a Německem je vhodné změnit vymezení uzavřených pásem v těchto členských státech v pásmu F.

(4)	V návaznosti na rozšíření uzavřeného pásma v Německu z důvodu nedávných ohnisek katarální horečky ovcí sérotypu 8 je vhodné vymezit uzavřené pásmo v Rakousku a změnit uzavřená pásma v Dánsku a v České republice v pásmu F.

(5)	V návaznosti na oznámení ohnisek katarální horečky ovcí sérotypu 1 a na odůvodněnou žádost Portugalska je vhodné změnit vymezení uzavřeného pásma E v příloze I rozhodnutí 2005/393/ES a změnit pásmo I se sérotypy 1 a 4.

(6)	V návaznosti na oznámení ohnisek katarální horečky ovcí sérotypu 8 ve Spojeném království je vhodné vymezit uzavřené pásmo v tomto členském státě v pásmu F.

(7)	Rozhodnutí 2005/393/ES by mělo být odpovídajícím způsobem změněno.

(8)	Opatření stanovená tímto rozhodnutím jsou v souladu se stanoviskem Stálého výboru pro potravinový řetězec a zdraví zvířat,

PŘIJALA TOTO ROZHODNUTÍ:

Článek 1

Příloha I rozhodnutí 2005/393/ES se mění v souladu s přílohou tohoto rozhodnutí.

Článek 2

Toto rozhodnutí je určeno členským státům.
