Článek 1
Spojené království zajistí, aby ochranné pásmo a pásmo dozoru vymezené v souladu s čl. 16 odst. 1 směrnice 2005/94/ES zahrnovalo přinejmenším oblasti uvedené v částech A a B přílohy tohoto rozhodnutí.
Článek 2
Prováděcí rozhodnutí (EU) 2020/1654 se zrušuje.
Článek 3
Toto rozhodnutí se použije do 31. prosince 2020.
Článek 4
Toto rozhodnutí je určeno Spojenému království Velké Británie a Severního Irska.
